4. Work independently, mentor the mechanical team, and conduct reviews.

5. Contribute to the publication of reports, articles and data.

Research Associate (Project & End user coordination)

1. Should have 3 years relevant experience in mentoring the R&D of Adaptive Learning Devices.

2. Should oversee the entire development life cycle, purchase and stock maintenance and ensure timely completion of projects.

3. Develop effective project plans, timelines and budgets.

4. Effectively coordinate with other departments, external partners, vendors and end users as needed.

5. Maintain detailed documentation of all the project activities.

Research Assistant (Mechanical Stream)

1. Should be skilled in conducting independent literature reviews and contributing to articles and journals.

2. Provide efficient designs and ideas for assistive devices independently.

3. Handle mechanical design and fabrication independently.

4. Should be proficient in a good CAD Tool.

Research Assistant (Electronics Stream)
